  • Free Australia wide shipping for orders over $100 and only $9 for orders under this value*
  • All orders are shipped from Melbourne, and delivery can take from 1 – 5 business days to metro areas depending where you are, and 7 business days to the rest of Australia (excluding weekends and public holidays).  Check our handy table below to see estimated delivery times to your area
  • We try to process your orders as quick as possible, and orders will be shipped out within 2 business days - please allow a few extra processing days during sale periods
  • If a delay is likely to occur beyond our control we will advise you where we can
  • We can not always ship to PO boxes, if we are unable to, we will contact you within 1 business day to organise a separate delivery address
  • Please specify where your parcel can be left if you’re not home at time of delivery.  If nothing is specified, we assume you accept our delivery terms of authority to leave and the driver will leave your parcel at the front door*Free shipping excludes Moses Baskets, and all Rattan furniture as these incur a shipping charge based on your postcode. International Shipping

  • We now offer international shipping to customers in the following countries: New Zealand, United States, Canada & United Kingdom
  • Please note flat rate shipping does not apply to international shipping
  • Simply add your items to your cart, click through to the checkout and a shipping price will be calculated for you once your address is entered

  • Orders will be shipped within 1 business day
  • Delivery usually within 4-6 business days but will vary to each region

    Please note we are currently unable to ship our moses baskets & rattan pieces overseas

  • We recommend selecting an address where delivery of your goods will be safe, and someone is there to accept your parcel eg. a work address
  • Please note drivers are unable to call you prior to delivery, so please carefully select an address where someone will be present, or safe to leave your parcel
  • Tracking info will be sent via email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Don’t worry if you don’t see any tracking events at first, updates can take overnight to be updated
  • To track your order, simply use the tracking number sent via email
  • We don’t ship on weekends or Public holidays
  • If delivery is required on a specific day an extra fee will be charged, please contact us at at time of order if this is required


Please ensure that you enter your correct delivery address, telephone number and any delivery instructions on checkout to ensure successful delivery of your order.  If the courier is unable to complete delivery due to incorrect, impartial or an incomplete address, you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend.

Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum.
